Sunrise sunset The drama at these times of the day make an early wake up worth while and the sunsets are always easy to accomplish. This area has had little rain this year and when you look at the hillside you will notice an absence of vegetation. Even the few prickly pair struggle to make it. But down my the lake and along the Colorado River, life is good for many plants and animals. Late in the evening as we watch the sunset, small flocks of water fowl fly by low and fast. Buffleheads, Goldeneye, Teal and many to swift in the night sky to identify.
